• Responding to Emergencies: Swiftly respond to security incidents and medical emergencies, working in coordination with medical staff. De-escalate violent situations to prioritize safety. - Lead evacuations and manage crowd control during emergencies.

• Protecting Hospital Resources: Safeguard medical equipment, medications, and sensitive patient information from theft and damage. Ensure the security of the hospital's physical assets.

• Patient and Staff Security: Provide a reassuring presence to enhance the safety of patients, staff, and visitors. Protect healthcare professionals from violence and manage conflicts.

• Supporting Hospital Operations: Work collaboratively with hospital personnel to address security issues and ensure smooth operations. Follow strict security protocols.

• Other Duties: Screen visitors for potential threats to safety. Offer excellent customer service to visitors. Mediate conflicts between patients and staff. Assist in transferring high-risk patients and manage visitation procedures.
