Training - Our employees’ must successfully complete security and safety training to acquire necessary skills to perform their duties effectively. We also provide on-the-job training. The training includes Static and Patrol, Access Control, Conflict Management, CCTV, Physical Intervention, Security Screening, Supervisor Training, Security Refresher course, Customer Service, Fire Extinguisher Training, Report Writing, Bag, Body and Vehicle Searching.

Supervision - Supervision is equally important in order to provide quality service. In this regard we have an office and strong operation team of supervisors and inspectors who are constantly checking our posts and inspecting our security guards.

Client Service - All our employees are extremely involved in our client’s satisfaction and the quality of our services. We have started with a Customer Satisfaction Report(CSR), wherein free and frank opinion of our clients can be obtained to improve our service, by taking remedial measures on above said reports.
